Refund policy

At HelmetHair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day refund policy. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging or at our discretion.
To request a refund, please email us at helmethairnz@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
