By purchasing from HelmetHair, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Use:
   All products are to be used as directed. HelmetHair is not responsible for any misuse of products or allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin, please conduct a patch test before using any product.
2. Payment:
   Payment is required in full before shipment. We accept payments through Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or Apple Pay / Google Pay
3. Order Cancellation:
   Once an order is placed, it can be canceled only if it has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at helmethairnz@gmail.com.
4. Returns & Refunds:
   As per our Refund Policy, returns and refunds are available within 30 days for unused and unopened products.
5. Limitation of Liability:
   HelmetHair will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of our products. By purchasing from us, you accept full responsibility for using the products as directed.
6. Changes to Terms:
